Live Nativity in Calgary
The Calgary Nativity is a community gift. Thanks to volunteers from the Calgary interfaith community, this production is possible, and it is our Christmas gift to you. Over the three days, thousands of people join us to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
There will be five outdoor performances every evening, starting at 6:00 pm, with the final performance concluding at 8:20 pm. The final performance will take place at 8:00 pm. The start times are 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm, 7:00 pm, 7:30 pm, & 8:00 pm.
Please dress for the weather, as the performance will be held outdoors. Admission is free. No ticket is required.

British Columbia - Vancouver
Christ Church Cathedral
Historic creche displayed in the church in Vancouver, once displayed at Woodwards dept. store. Christ Church Cathedral's Creche scene is a piece of Vancouver history. The scene, depicting the birth of Jesus, consists of specially-commissioned figures, hand carved in Italy from olive wood. This nativity scene originally belonged to the Woodward's department store and was a key feature in their Christmas window displays from 1955 until the chain closed in 1993.The Hudson's Bay Company Store at Granville and Georgia purchased the creche from Woodward's in 1993 and used it in their own window displays. In 2013, The Hudson's Bay Company donated the scene to Christ Church Cathedral.

Church of Saint-Jean-Port-Joli
(about 103 km from Quebec city) In the local church which dates from 1779. Exhibition of about 20 locally made creches. One is a large creche made by 21 different local woodcarvers. It includes a pregnant Mary. Call to plan a visit.
