What a wonderful article « Star of Wonder » in the latest issue of the Creche Herald by Rita Bocher about the significance of the Christmas star. This reminded me of an exhibit I did featuring my nativity sets that included a star.

After the initial gathering of Star nativities and wanting to expand the number of creches I could include, I began looking through my art supplies at a number of stars I had made or acquired over the years. It was fun to find stars l could add to some of my sets to increase the number of nativities that fit in the category with stars.

If you are looking for an idea of how to create a new or different exhibit of your nativities, consider focusing on the theme of stars and you surely will help others see the light of Christ! The Star of Wonder!
