The Friends of the Creche bylaws require a meeting of the membership once/year. In odd-numbered years, the annual meeting is combined with a convention. In even-numbered years, the annual meeting is on a smaller scale, but still features presentations on collecting and celebrating nativities, nativity displays, and other activities.

FRIDAY DINNER & SOCIAL
Arrive on Friday , November 1 for dinner and an evening of seeing friends and making new ones. We will begin to celebrate the culture of the West through the evening.
SATURDAY ANNUAL MEETING & PRESENTATIONS
Gather for breakfast on Saturday morning at the Retreat Center. Following breakfast is the Friends of the Creche annual meeting, presentations, and activities. Lunch and dinner are served at the Retreat Center for all.
SUNDAY BREAKFAST AND FAREWELL
Sunday breakfast is optional before departing for a return home or further adventures on your own.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Bedrooms are limited. Make your reservation early!! Overnight lodging at Mary & Joseph is limited to 39 bedrooms:

30 shared bedrooms with 2 twin beds and a private bath

9 bedrooms with 1 twin bed.
If you choose to stay at your local home or another location, you can commute to the center and join us each day for meals and presentations.

Mary & Joseph Retreat Center is on 8 ½ acres on the top of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Midcentury architecture will greet you as you check in for your bedroom and the start of your nativity weekend.
