2019 FOTC Sante Fe Convention
Silent Auction
FOTC convention attendees,
As is our tradition, a silent auction will be held at the Santa Fe convention in Nov. We invite all participants to consider bringing a crèche or nativity related items to donate to the event. This can be a new or gently used crèche. Some members are looking to downsize and this is a great time to do so in support of FOTC. All funds earned go directly to FOTC.
If you can bring a nativity/nativities we ask that you first send a title, description and photo of the item to devittm2@udayton.edu. The description doesn’t need to be in great detail we just need an idea of the size, material and artist. Having this info ahead of time helps us to have the bidding sheets ready and plan for the number of tables needed. We will gladly accept any crèches when the convention begins. Bidding will begin Friday and end Sunday. Cash and check will be the only means of payment, so please plan accordingly.
